Community Guidelines

1. Our Community Promise

Funny Joker Gaming is built on a simple promise: everyone who plays on our platform deserves a fun, safe, and welcoming experience. We are a community of Canadian adults united by our love of Joker's Flame Arena and free social entertainment. Regardless of skill level, province, background, or play style, every member of this community has equal value and deserves equal respect.

We are committed to maintaining a space where sportsmanship thrives, creativity is celebrated, and negativity is not tolerated. By accessing Funny Joker Gaming, you agree to uphold the standards set out in these guidelines. These are not suggestions — they are the rules that make our community work, and violations are taken seriously.

2. Respectful Conduct

All interactions on Funny Joker Gaming — in community boards, chat features, leaderboard comments, and any other communication space — must be conducted with basic human decency and respect. We expect every player to:

• Treat fellow players with courtesy and kindness, regardless of outcome in the arena.
• Acknowledge that people of all skill levels are part of our community, and patience with newcomers is encouraged.
• Celebrate other players' achievements genuinely — good sportsmanship is a mark of a great competitor.
• Engage in disagreements calmly and constructively, without resorting to personal attacks.
• Recognise that behind every username is a real person who deserves to be treated with dignity.

3. Prohibited Behaviour

The following behaviours are strictly prohibited on Funny Joker Gaming and will result in immediate enforcement action:

1. Harassment and Bullying: Targeting, intimidating, threatening, or repeatedly provoking another player in a hostile manner is completely unacceptable and will not be tolerated under any circumstances.
2. Hate Speech and Discrimination: Any language or content that demeans, threatens, or attacks individuals based on race, ethnicity, national origin, religion, gender, sexual orientation, disability, age, or any other protected characteristic is strictly forbidden.
3. Sexual Content: Sharing, posting, or referencing sexually explicit, suggestive, or inappropriate content in any community space is prohibited.
4. Spam and Flooding: Repeatedly posting the same message, flooding chat channels, or using automated tools to generate excessive activity disrupts the community experience and is not permitted.
5. Cheating and Exploitation: Using third-party software, exploits, bugs, or any technical means to gain an unfair competitive advantage undermines the integrity of the arena and is grounds for account suspension.
6. Impersonation: Pretending to be another player, a Funny Joker Gaming staff member, or any real individual is deceptive and prohibited.
7. Sharing Personal Information: Posting the private personal information of other players — including real names, addresses, phone numbers, or social media accounts — without their explicit consent is a serious violation.
8. Commercial Promotion: Using Funny Joker Gaming's community spaces to advertise, promote, or sell products, services, or other platforms is not permitted without prior written consent from our team.

4. Usernames & Profiles

Your username is your identity in the Funny Joker Gaming community. It must comply with the following standards:

• Usernames must not contain offensive, discriminatory, sexual, or threatening language of any kind.
• Usernames must not impersonate real individuals, public figures, or Funny Joker Gaming staff.
• Usernames must not include personal contact information such as email addresses or phone numbers.
• Profile images and avatar customisations must adhere to the same standards as usernames — no offensive, hateful, or explicit imagery.

We reserve the right to require a username change or reset a profile that violates these standards, with or without prior notice, depending on the severity of the violation.

5. Communication Standards

All written communication in our community spaces — including community boards, comment sections, and any in-platform messaging — must adhere to the following standards:

Write in a way that contributes positively to the conversation. On-topic, helpful, and encouraging messages are the backbone of a great community. Off-topic tangents are acceptable in casual spaces but should not dominate. Constructive criticism of game features or platform decisions is welcome when expressed respectfully; personal attacks on staff members or other players are not.

We moderate our community spaces actively. Posts that violate these guidelines will be removed, and repeated violations will result in escalating consequences. If you see a problematic post before our team does, please use the report function immediately.

6. Fair Play

Joker's Flame Arena is designed to be a skill-based competitive experience where every player competes on equal footing. Fair play is central to our values and the integrity of the leaderboard system. This means:

• Playing the game as intended, using only the features and mechanics available to all players within the official game interface.
• Not sharing account access with other people to artificially inflate your rank or Flame Points.
• Not exploiting game bugs for competitive advantage — if you discover a bug, please report it to our team at hello@funnyjokergaming.com rather than using it repeatedly.
• Accepting the outcome of competitive sessions graciously — win or lose, every session is a chance to improve.

7. Reporting Violations

If you witness or experience behaviour that violates these guidelines, we encourage you to report it promptly. You can report violations using the in-game report button found on any player's profile or by emailing our moderation team directly at hello@funnyjokergaming.com. Please include as much detail as possible: the username involved, the nature of the violation, and any screenshots or timestamps if available.

All reports are reviewed in confidence. We do not share reporter identities with the subjects of reports. False reporting — submitting reports maliciously to target players you simply dislike — is itself a violation of these guidelines and may result in consequences for the reporter.

8. Enforcement & Consequences

Funny Joker Gaming enforces these guidelines through a graduated response system. The severity of the consequence reflects the severity and frequency of the violation. Our moderation actions include:

1. Verbal Warning: Issued for minor first-time violations. The player is notified of the specific guideline breached and asked to correct their behaviour.
2. Content Removal: Violating content is removed from all community spaces without the option for restoration.
3. Temporary Suspension: Access to community features is suspended for a defined period ranging from 24 hours to 30 days, depending on severity.
4. Permanent Account Ban: Reserved for severe violations, repeat offenders, or any instance of hate speech, harassment campaigns, or exploitation. Permanent bans are final and not subject to appeal except in cases of clear administrative error.

We reserve the right to skip steps in this process for particularly serious violations. The safety and wellbeing of our community always takes priority.

9. Appeals Process

If you believe a moderation action taken against your account was made in error, you may submit an appeal within 14 days of the action being taken. To appeal, email hello@funnyjokergaming.com with the subject line "Moderation Appeal" and include your username, the action taken, the date it was taken, and a clear explanation of why you believe the decision was incorrect. Appeals are reviewed by a senior member of our team who was not involved in the original decision. Our goal is to respond to all appeals within 7 business days.

10. Updates to Guidelines

These Community Guidelines are a living document. As our platform grows and community dynamics evolve, we will update these guidelines to reflect new realities. Major updates will be communicated to registered users via email and through notices in the Community Hub. Your continued participation in the Funny Joker Gaming community following an update to these guidelines constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
